Our Story

Since 2009, ReVibe Fitness and Wellness has been a family-owned personal training and wellness studio located in Burnsville, Minnesota. We pride ourselves on running a studio exemplifying the next generation of world-class wellness studios.

Here at ReVibe, we use science-backed methods combined with industry-leading technology. It’s called Whole Body Vibration. It allows us to create fitness programs perfectly catered to anyone from seniors recovering from surgery to world-class fitness athletes.

We were founded by fitness expert and master trainer Keith Spennewyn who holds a triple Bachelor of Science and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. From 1983-2000, Keith held the title of Director of Fitness Education for Bally Total Fitness (the largest fitness corporation at that time) and later authored one of the very first Bachelors of Science degrees in the US for personal trainers.

His Wife, Leigh Spennewyn, managed the Group Fitness Program for Bally Total Fitness in over 400 health clubs and, in 1990, she competed and won gold in the US National Aerobic Championship. In 1991, she went on to win the World Aerobic Championships earning her the title of World Aerobic Champion.

This "power couple" currently runs ReVibe Fitness and Wellness training our clients with their immense expertise.  We've made a name for ourselves by specializing in adaptive exercise letting us create custom programs even for individuals with highly specialized fitness needs (such as medical or orthopedic conditions). At ReVibe, anyone can enter into a safe and effective exercise program.

ReVibe offers many additional services including Chiropractic care, clinical massage, and nutritional counseling. All our services integrate and work together to help you achieve your personal goals.
